Enhancing Residents Safety and Cost Reduction through Energy Efficiency
Singapore, August 19, 2022 Elec.Net has been invited by the Housing and Development Board of Singapore (“HDB”) to showcase AVA Residential which is a Cloud Based, AI Assisted, Next Generation Switchboard at the Health District – Demo Day (Technology) commencing on November 2nd at the HDB Centre of Building Research.
HDB owns and operates over 1,000,000 housing units in Singapore accounting for more than 80% of available dwellings; the Health District even event will be a first-of-its-kind multistakeholder collaboration, where science-backed initiatives leveraging research and technology are piloted to support residents in leading healthy and purposeful lives.
AVA Residential collects, monitors, evaluates and predicts energy usage, remotely detecting faulty and inefficient equipment, invisibly protecting the aged, and those living alone, by actively warning them of dangerous situations and assisting caregivers by further warning them of changed resident behavioural and/or activity patterns enabling early intervention.
AVA Residential also provides pre-emptive and early warning of hazardous and life-threatening situations; providing active alert notifications to the residents, the caregivers, HDB / Landlord, the Singapore Civil Defence Force and Utilities Providers so that calamities can be avoided.
